Customer compliments?

So I’ve been mostly part time for extra cash over the two years I’ve been flexing, aside from the last 4 months where I’ve been delivering almost daily since leaving my office job. Just curious if anyone even pays attention to these compliments and if the number I have combined are good or should I have more? I didn’t ever really pay attention to them until they ran the “thank my driver” promo during the holidays.
